Every Minute On the Minute complete the specified exercise(s). For example, a 10 minute EMOM of 5 burpees and 5 pullups would look like this:
0:00 - 5 burpees, 5 pullups
1:00 - 5 burpees, 5 pullups
2:00 - 5 burpees, 5 pullups
etc until 10 minutes is up.
If you complete the exercises in 20 seconds then you rest 40 seconds until the next minute begins.
If you cannot complete the exercises in a minute scale back the repetitions or difficulty.
